摘要
The analysis of this article is based on the view that a enterprise in the market is a "special contract of human capital and non-human capital". Because of the particularity of the characteristic of human capital, whether it finishes the contract or not cannot be observed directly, therefore, the moral hazard of human capital emerges. The article points out that the factors influencing the moral hazard human capital mainly include the normal return after performing the contract honestly, the probability that the moral hazard of human. capital is found, discount factor, the extra return of the moral hazard behavior and the second-best return when the behavior is found, build a mathematical model. aimed at the anticipative return to analyze the motive of the moral hazard behavior and the relationships between the influencing factors, and bring out a relative strategy of motivation, restriction and cooperation. At last, the article also discusses the influence of the random factors.
