A study on the management of social capital: A perspective of Complexity Science Management

摘要
Oil the basis of brief introduction of the Complexity-Science-Management-Thought, this paper analyzes the applicability in social capital management area-because of the Complexity that social capital has. Then from the viewpoint of three main basic theories of Complexity-Science-Management, this paper analyzes their applications in social capital management one by one. Through analyses we holds that if we actualize social capital management in the guidance of Complexity-Science-Management-Thought we should: treat social net-resources as a kind of new resource. and manage it actively and voluntarily from the viewpoint of new resource perspective; apply the thought of often interaction in the everyday management of social net capital to maintain the net-resources for ever young and new from the viewpoint of interaction perspective; improve the utilizing efficiency of social capital and net-resources constantly and actualize efficient integration timely to achieve the integration effect from the viewpoint of integration perspective.
