摘要
Railway radio communication requires availability and reliable data communication. Thus, the diversification of railway communication systems has been continuously studied. In recent years, commercial LTE has been used as an active-active standby method as a multiplication method of railway communication. However, the transition between LTE-R and commercial LTE in the railway communication system requires a handover procedure, which takes a long time. Therefore, to solve the problems mentioned, this paper proposes a method to simplify the handover between LTE-R and LTE so that trains can provide fast data transmission and reception when switching to commercial LTE. Simulations will also improve performance compared to traditional methods.
