摘要：
The computer complex for a measurement of quality of an electrical energy in the correspondence with standard COST 13109-87 is developed. The complex works on IBM compatible personal computer under operational system WINDOWS 95. The interface part on basis of the microcontroller for deriving and preliminary handling of an information from a line enters into structure of a complex.
