摘要
The research on motivating factors and efficiency evaluation of the industry innovation system, is the part of empirical analysis in the study of industry innovation system formation mechanism, is the bridge of integrating theory with practice. The empirical analysis which is based oil one industry not only can discover the motivating factors of the industry innovation system formation and development but also can discover the problems existing currently, which can provide the theoretical basis to put forward proposals of innovation management pattern. This article, first, through the establishment of the long-term equilibrium model and Error Correction Model of Panel Data on the Photoelectron industry, finds out the motivating factors that influence industrial innovation and departure degree to equilibrium, and then makes use of DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of these factors as the innovation input, finally discovers the function and the interaction degree among innovational main bodies, and the primary reason why the industry innovation system is ineffective.
