摘要
We demonstrate a non-volatile optical memory element integrated in silicon photonics for low-power reconfigurable photonic circuits and neural networks. Stable transmission states are set by manipulating ferroelectric domains in BaTiO3 films embedded in photonic waveguides. (c) 2021 The Author(s)
