Constructing of enterprise stress management process model basing on modularization

摘要
This paper research on the process of enterprise stress management put the every parts of the stress management process into modularization, construct the enterprise stress management process model, and then solve a series of stress problem in face of enterprise and staff by the numbers. Enterprise stress management process model divide the stress management modules into prevention module, early warning module, reaction module, treatment module and feedback module The stress management model bring about improvement of enterprise stress management from no order to order and from single, random to systematization, standardization. It combines the organization and personal strategy of stress management. Then the enterprise stress management can bring about dynamic circulate improvement, and then advance in quality. The paper puts forward the specific logical structure of five modules and introduces the superiority of the model, then sets, forth the specific suggestion about the model application.
