摘要
Aiming to theory deficiency of the growth of firm's safety management capability (FSMC), this paper discusses the growth mechanism with the method of systematic analysis and mathematical modeling. FSMC is divided into latent management capability and realistic management capability whose growth process is considered as a organizational learning process of safety knowledge accumulation and safety knowledge coupling. The result is as follows: in the short time the growth of latent safety management capability follows "the lagging effect", in the long time follows "the acceleration effect"; the growth of realistic safety management capability needs firms not only to improve the learning effect of the individual, group, and organization respectively, but also to advance the probability of knowledge shifting between three levels. The results of this paper will be useful for firms to strengthen their safety management.
