摘要
High or low Level of Employee's Morale (MLE) can decide whether one corporation can succeed or not. How to incentive employee's positivity and activity becomes very intractable issue for many supervisors, specially, for lots of state-owned enterprises. High or low MLE depends on five factors management manner, leadership behavior, work content and task condition, work atmosphere and mental pressure. Based on the survey of five state-owned enterprises located in some region, this paper observed MLE of these firms and had a full analysis through SPSS software, the result will be depicted by percent point diagnostic chart. It is concluded that the five aspects influence the MLE distinctly, meanwhile. they interact and influence all together the MLE. The thesis tries to provide lots of advice as reference. In the future, we will evaluate the correlation between MLE and performance of firm.
