摘要
Human resource is the strategic resource of modern enterprise, and it is an important part of the success or failure of the enterprise. Enterprises want to get a great development, it is necessary to make full use of incentive mechanism. As a developing country, at present, market oriented and competition typing system is not perfect, our country state-owned enterprise brain drain phenomenon is serious with a single and the old incentive mechanism. Therefore, how to use the incentive mechanism to improve the overall strength of the enterprise has become an urgent need to study the task of managers. I think scientific incentive methods can achieve the purpose of training and retaining personnel, which can enable employees to realize business goals as well as their own needs and enhance their initiative and creativity, through inheritance, the employees and enterprises can reach win-win situation.
