Discussion of Adolescent Fitness and Health Promotion Mechanism in Sports Power Objectives

摘要
Improving adolescent fitness and health has become urgent to solve the major on the journey of physical power to sports power in the forward. Using methods of literature research and interview, this paper interpretive sports power objectives, explained the relationship between adolescent fitness and sports power, Analyzed of adolescent fitness and health promotion theoretical framework, and proposed countermeasures. This paper suggests that adolescent fitness and health problems is one of the main objectives of sports power, sports power laid the foundation on improving adolescent fitness and health. Adolescent fitness and health promotion was based on adolescent themselves, national physical fitness and sports development, as well as the need to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, the overall goal was to make adolescent in body shape, physical function, exercise capacity, on the natural environment and social environment, adaptability etc. in good condition. Adolescent fitness and health promotion have macro subjects, meson and microscopic levels, the basic elements including sports, sports facilities, nutrition and health services, health education, physical health monitoring and other accessories. The mechanism of adolescent fitness and health promotion need the most optimal combination of government, family, school and community resources and others, from the decision-making, motivation, management, protection, evaluation and supervision five aspects to improve.
