摘要
Proteomics, is becoming the spotlight in analytical. chemistry. The,. state of. art of high, throughput separation and identification techniques for proteomics, including two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, other new two-dimensional techniques, and protein chip, have been summarized,. and recent application. advances are also reviewed. Future development of analytical chemistry in proteomics research is prospected.
