How Leader-member Exchange Quality Influences the Team Cohesiveness

摘要
Leadership is a main element influences the team cohesiveness, however up to now how the relationship between the leader and its subordinator will influence the team cohesiveness hasn't gain enough attention. This paper aims to analysis the relationship between the Leader-Member-Relationship (LMX) quality and the team cohesiveness. Based on the survey of 231 individual samples come from companies in several industries in China, the results point out that team member's perceived LMX quality owns positive correlation with team cohesiveness. The theoretical implications of this study are discussed in the context of Chinese organizations.
