摘要
Problems with healthcare organizations frequently result in burnout. Teams are very important not only to decrease burnout, but also to increase wellness and joy in healthcare, by changing the organization for the better. These organizational improvements, and teamwork itself, not only make life better for the workers, but also promote efficiency for the institution, increase quality and safety for patients and workers, and stimulate collaboration among the workers.
