摘要：
Based on water resource and its utilization situation of Chongqing, This thesis analyze water resource utilization potential, provide qualification for collocate water resources reasonable. Through evaluating water resources collocation objectively, insure utilization of water resource to be in the range of carrying capacity of resources and environment. According to sustainable development theory, water resource's scientifically planning; optimized allocation and high efficient utilization should be carried out. By doing this, regional harmony and sustainable development can be insured.
