摘要
In order to maintain society, economy and ecology environment sustainable development, utilize reasonably and protect water resources, water resources sustainable utilization plan should be carried on. Taking total benefit formed by the social, the economic, the ecological and the environmental as goal, considering overall interdependence relations between population, social development, economy, ecology, environment and water resources, water resources plan model based sustainable utilization is constructed. Take Yunnan Province water resources plan as example; water resources development utilization and economical, social, ecological, environmental harmonious development condition under studied out have been simulated and researched.
