摘要：
The problem of static output feedback control for uncertain discrete singular systems is discussed in this paper. One new necessary and sufficient condition for the uncertain discrete singular systems to be regular, causal and stable is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. Sufficient conditions are proposed for the existence of static output feedback controller in terms of strict LMIs. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
