摘要：
Based on Darwin's theory of evolution, memetics has developed into a new theory in the field of economics, politics, sociology and linguistics. Legal language is characterized by explicitness, objectiveness and stylization, which have determined its meme characteristic. From the perspective of lexicology and syntax, a detailed analysis of meme mode, features and patterns is needed to promote legal language development and acquisition.
