摘要
This paper proposes a hospital's organization performance evaluation method combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). The AHP is used in obtaining the relative weights of criteria, GRA approach to rank hospital's organization performance in terms of their overall performance on multiple evaluation criteria. The AHP and GRA based decision-making method for constructing an evaluation method can provide hospital decision makers or administrators with a valuable reference for evaluating the organizational performance. Importantly, the proposed model can provide a reference material for Taiwan's hospital accreditation policy, making it highly applicable for academic and government purposes.
