摘要
Strategic alliance as one of the innovation systems in modern enterprise organizations has become an important means to obtain sustainable competitive advantage for a modern enterprise. Strategic. alliance can offset the disadvantage of medium and small-sized enterprises in capital, human resource, skill and management. It helps medium and small-sized enterprises make full use of their advantages, share mutual resources and learn from others. This thesis studies the driving forces and performance indexes of strategic alliances for medium and small-sized enterprises. Dynamic factors of the driving force include access to marketing resources, improving marketing capability, access to technology resources and enhancing the technical capabilities and so on. Performance indicators of strategic alliance include the satisfaction of the strategic alliance implementation process and status of implementation, and satisfaction of the goals achievement and competitive power involved in the strategic alliance. Based on the data collected through questionnaires, surveys, and interviews, a further research is made about the current situation of the driving forces and performance of strategic alliances among medium and small-sized enterprises in China.
