摘要：
This article studies - the dialectical relations between keeping advantages of traditional Chinese family management and learning from modem western advanced enterprise culture. A basic system of enterprise cultivation is proposed and a culture cultivation model is constructed for small enterprises, after an analysis of the function mechanism, including guiding role of the government, leading role of enterprise owners, main-body role of the staff and the stimulating role of model employees.
