摘要
The tunnels are strengthened with rock bolts for stability according to the soil condition, which affects the superstructures. Moreover, the settlement of the superstructures can result from the excavation during tunnel construction. The Divided Shield Method (DSM) has been developed to solve these problems of tunnel construction in downtown areas. This study analyses site applicability in the downtown areas using an application case of DSM tunnels. It was found that the field measurement results for settlement amount and building inclination were smaller than the management standards, and the DSM was found to have almost no effect on the superstructures.
