Research on the Location-allocation Decision Model from the Supply Chain Perspective in Reverse Logistics Network

摘要
Facing the increasing complexity in reverse logistics, this paper aims at building a location-allocation decision model from the supply chain perspective in a closed loop reverse logistic network. A new decision model is developed which presents many criteria including social factors, cost, service efficiency and resource integration. An analytic hierarchy process structure is derived. Two proposals are studied in this paper. Quantitative analysis of AHP is utilized to test the reliability of the model. Finally, the model's strengths and limitations are analyzed.
