摘要：
A new, efficient, accurate and stable method for multi-scale electromagnetic modelling of high frequency integrated circuits is proposed. The method is based on the decomposition of the domain in several-subdomains with different field regimes, and use of magnetic circuits for the global modelling of inductive effects.
