摘要
As an integral part of the national economy, land resources are the material base for people to live by. Currently, fragmentation characteristics are apparently shown in the land resources management system, which is far from enough to cope with the increasingly complicated economic and social environment in China. Served as a kind of governance theory and tool which is oriented towards the holism, the holistic governance can perfectly work with the fragmentation integration of Chinese current land resources management and it becomes the most ideal mode for the land resources management in China. To construct the holistic governance mode for the land resources management in China, we need to integrate four aspects in terms of the land resources management, that is to say, governance concept, system structure, business procedures and governance network.
