摘要
In China, the sustainability of construction project is the foundation and guarantee for the construction of a harmonious society, while the construction of a harmonious society is the basis and important goal of the sustainability of construction project. Both of them are crucial components of building a harmonious society. Hence, it's necessary for Chinese construction projects to follow the path of sustainable development. However, owing to some constraints on politic, economy, society and technology, construction project does not enjoy the high sustainability and could not meet the requirements, which are imperative during construction project promotion. This paper firstly bases on the fundamental realities of our country, then systematically analyzes the advantages, opportunities, difficulties and challenges of construction project via SWOT-PEST analysis model under the connotation of exact construction project, eventually poses relevant countermeasures.
