Synthesis and Optical Properties of Lead-Free Methylamine Bismuth Halide Perovskite Quantum dots

摘要
Through the co-LARP method, lead- free MA(3)Bi(2)Br(9) perovskite quantum dots is successfully fabricated, reaching a PLQY up to 12%. The emission peak of bismuth-based quantum dots is characterized to be at 430 nm, FWHM of the PL spectra was similar to 62 nm, large stokes shift (similar to 54 nm) made the bismuth- based quantum dots to be a great candidate for fluorescent tagging applications.
