The informationalization of factors of production: the developmental source of new economy based on knowledge

摘要：
The new economy under discussion is a dynamic comparative concept, which should be considered generally as the transformation from industrial economy into knowledge economy. The U.S.A is the first country in which the factors of production are mostly informationalized and the new economy reveals itself. The informationalization of factors of production is closely related to the new economy in that the former is the source of the new economy and the new economy is its process and outcome.
