摘要：
This paper describes the situation of family businesses and their governance, introduces and analyzes the mature theory and best practices with regard to family business governance across the world. The last part of the paper provides correlative advice, directions for Chinese family business to choose a governance structure that keeps an alignment among governance structure, strategic environment and leadership style.
