摘要
The insertion of the graduates into the labor market, the access to the job and the quality of the job, depend on the skills acquired by the graduate, but also, to a great extent, of the degree that the student has taken. The differences between degrees are important and affect stability in employment and salary. According to the surveys carried by the AQU (Agencia per la Qualitat del Sistema Universitari de Catalunya) graduates of the humanities degrees have had more difficulties than graduates of other disciplines in labor insertion. Deep analysis of the humanities degrees and the aspects constituting the differences show a complex characterization of the insertion of these graduates. The fundamental aspects of the insertion analysis are: the speed of insertion in the labor market, the type of contract and the salaries perceived. The precariousness and instability in the employment of these graduates has been aggravated during the crisis period.
