摘要
To solve the partner selection problem of collaborative product innovation, a decision optimization model is proposed. First, the partner selection index system was constructed by considering knowledge matching degree and knowledge collaborative performance of CPI teams. Second, a quantitative method based on the vector space model and the synergetic matrix method was proposed to obtain the comprehensive performance of partners. Furthermore, a multi-objective optimization model was built to select the desirable partners. Considering the model is a NP-hard problem, a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) is proposed to solve the model. Finally, an example is provided to verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
