摘要：
Railway transportation system is an open complex system characteristic with the following problems: interaction of continuous dynamic and discrete evidence dynamic behavior actions; expression of specialists' knowledge, experience, strategy; and combination of multi information combination. Based on characters of railway transportation, identification of risks existing in railway transportation system and proper risk-control methods, safety guarantee system and accidents-aid system are established to improve reliability of railway transportation.
