摘要：
The standardization of government supervision in construction quality operation process is a driving force for the effective operation of government supervision in construction quality standardization system. It is core foundation is programming of supervisory operation process; the operating conditions is legislation of supervision conduction process; the basic mode is randomization of circuit supervision; the effective platform is information of means of supervision; the operating mechanism is dynamism of supervisory operation and management; and its substantial requirements is standardization of inner formation process of supervision dates
