摘要
Software for a data acquisition and control system for measuring tower-based fluxes by micrometeorological techniques is described. The system can record up to 16 channels and also creates pseudo-channels from mathematical expressions. Fluxes can be measured with this system by either the eddy-correlation or eddy-accumulation techniques. The measuring system controls valves for conditional sampling, reservoir selection based on a preselected schedule for eddy accumulation systems and alignment of sensors to orient them into the wind. The software simplifies the interfacing of micrometeorological sensors to data acquisition systems for collecting, storing and processing flux data. Many software features described in this publication can be adapted to other hardware systems for eddy flux measurements. It has been extensively used for more than three years in various experiments related to biosphere-atmosphere interactions.
