摘要：
This paper starts by examining the recent history of the development or business ethics the development of business ethics in the US. It then details a ten-point program which represents the minimum requirement to establish an ethical infrastructure in an organisation and to ensure that the institutional and market upheavals. The paper goes on to suggest three clues as to whether such a program might be.
