摘要
We demonstrate photonic millimeter-wave generation at 100-GHz using a dissipative Kerr soliton microcomb and a modified uni-traveling carrier photodiode. A maximum output power of 6.7 dBm and 5.8 dB enhancement over sinusoidal excitation are achieved.
