摘要
The perception of corporate social responsibility as a research topic has been considered to address various problems that arise in society. On the other hand, the social role that health organizations have with the community in general is unavoidable, which has motivated its study from various approaches and areas of application. This research considers the exploration of the perception of corporate social responsibility of health workers, for which a questionnaire was applied to then make an exploratory factor analysis and an analysis of mean differences. The results show that there are four dimensions: ethical discernment, community, environment and imagination about social responsibility, that build the concept of corporate social responsibility in the health sector. Significant differences are found in practices related to the community, environment and imaginary dimensions of social responsibility.
