摘要
In this work, an array surface micro-discharge in He/Ar+H2O, operating at peak-to-peak voltage of 14kV is investigated. The absolute OH density and its temporal-and-spatial dynamics are detected by broadband UV measurement and laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) spectroscopy. The absolute density of OH is about 10(21)m(-3) for Ar+H2O mixture and about 10(19)m(-3) for He+H2O mixture. The OH density reaches peak at 0.05% H2O in Ar+H2O.
