摘要
A novel cup-shaped slotted are presented for UWB (ultra wideband) applications. The antenna arrangement contains of a rectangular radiating patch with a cup-shaped slot and L-shaped ground plane for ultra wideband applications. To corroborate simulation results, the design paradigm are cobble up on the commercially achievable FR4 material with an overall size of 24x20x1.6 mm3. Moreover, it is found that the UWB antenna depicts 8.45 GHz (2.45-10.9 GHz) bandwidth which covers ultra wideband.
