An Investigation into the Construction of Management System for Private Small and Medium Enterprise

With the further expansion of the enterprise scale and the quickening internationalization of domestic competition, it is imperative for LIS to reconsider the privately operated small and medium enterprise management system thoroughly. On the basis of defining the privately-operated small and medium enterprise, this paper constructs the privately-operated small and medium enterprise management system and puts forward such concepts as strategic pulling force, systematic constraint force, interest driving force, flow executive force and culture cohesive force which exert influence on the advancement of privately-operated enterprises.
