The Role of Project Management Technique in Achieving Project Success

Project management techniques play an increasingly critical role in current-day businesses due to their ever-growing needs for expansion through assets investments, mergers, and acquisitions (Monnappa, 2016). This paper endeavors to analyze and study the impact of project management techniques for a given business, and showing the successful completion of the business plan. Here primary data has been collected through survey. The Survey presented here was conducted with the help of a structured questionnaire. The results show that project completion can be facilitated with a project management framework. It can be concluded through this study that a project management technique let a corporation excel in performance with integrity and reliability without undue degradation in quality.
