摘要
Dense and homogeneous yttrium silicates coating on C/C composites are acquired at a low temperature of 423°K with hydrothermal electrodeposition technology. Different phase compositions and microstructures of yttrium silicates coatings are prepared by adjusting the processing technological parameters, especially the initial pH value of the electrolyte. With the improvement of preparation technology for the oxidation resistant coating the application of C/C composites is further extended. In addition, it is also possible to attain other types of structural and functional coatings on different conductible substrates.
