摘要
In the concept of education of the Republic of Latvia the aim of education system is the necessity to create opportunities for every person to develop into a mentally and physically evolved, free and responsible creative personality of culture. This means that education develops and actualizes the creative potential of a personality. In the 21st century the humankind has accumulated an extensive amount of material and spiritual values, which are at every person's disposal and are used by the next generations as grounds for creative activity. A person of modern society needs growth of innovation in order to discover, construct and design something new in any sphere of activity. We argue that the growth of innovation is impossible without creative activity of a young teacher. This article suggests that in order to train a creatively active teacher, development of sustainable thinking is necessary, which, in the process of learning during sport and music activities, promotes and gradually forms young teachers' perception about sustainable idea in general.
