摘要：

We have proposed and demonstrated monolithic distributed MSM photodetectors with polymer optical waveguide. The responsivity of 0.45 A/W is achieved using leaky wave coupling from BCB polymer waveguide to MSM photodetector. (c) 2005 Optical Society of America.
