摘要
This paper established a new low-carbon economic development capability evaluation index system, and then collected relevant data of provincial economic development, energy consumption and carbon emissions in 2009. On this basis, this paper integrated use of factor analysis method and entropy weight method to calculate the provincial development capacity of low-carbon economy and to rank it, and then summarized development capability of national low-carbon economic, analyzed the ability of low-carbon economic development around the reasons for the differences. Finally, put forward low carbon economy countermeasures and Suggestions. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
