摘要：
Searching for better interaction between State and society, and boosted by the advance of communication and information technologies, is perceived the Brazil movement in search of development about the e-Government. Added to the "Lei de Acesso a Informacao", brazilians now have at your fingertips information that make it possible to monitor public management. In this context, the project "Tela Cidada" aims to redefine the concept of availability and transparency of public data and enlarge the brazilian citizens political participation, contributing to this development.
