摘要：

Management system is a very important component of any organization; therefore, any change in organizational structure will immediately lead to changes in management system. On the other hana management system should be considered an integrative part of a socio-productive system. If it changes, it has to adequately adapt all its components to those changes. In addition, financial management principles, supported by specific instruments influence the organization of companies.
