SIMULATION OF THE CHILLED WATER SYSTEM OF GAS-FIRED AIR-CONDITIONER

摘要
A simulation model of gas-fired absorption chilled water system was incorporated and tested within TRNSYS. The set temperatures, such as supply air temperature, chilled (cooling) water temperature, and the flow rates, such as flow rate of chilled (cooling) water, air flow rate of cooling tower, were determined as controlled variables, while load, ambient wet bulb temperature, and sensible heat ratio were uncontrolled variables. The model was validated with a packaged gas-fired air-conditioner. Experimental results showed that, the influences of the controlled variables on components and system energy consumption could be quickly and accurately simulated by the model. So the system control strategies could be evaluated by the model.
