摘要：
Based on the project management practice in the relocation and technological transformation project of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co., Ltd, tools and methods are proposed for management of project interface in terms of organizational interface, entity interface, contract interface, which may serve as reference for future large scale industrial project construction.
