Design of Control System for High Speed Bearing Testing Machine Based on Interpolation Online Fuzzy Algorithm

摘要
In this paper, we design a fuzzy control system for self-adjusting parameters by using utility interpolation algorithm, which not only reduces quantization error and adjusts the dead zone essentially but eliminates steady-state error and flutter phenomenon caused by quantization error in conventional fuzzy controller. Consequently, it greatly improves the control accuracy of traditional bearing testing machine. The simulation result has proved that the system can improve its dynamic response and steady-state precision, furthermore, that all its functions have met the design requirements. At present, the test machine has finished the experiment tasks successfully.
